"The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want."

"For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless."

"But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."

"And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive."

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you."

"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us."

"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."

"The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry."

Are you stuck between a rock and a hard place? Rest assured that God will work it all out for you. Your situation is never too far for His hand to reach. Trust Him and know that your prayers are answered.

The Lord is attentively watching over you, He knows what and when you're ready to receive the answer to your prayer. You lack nothing. Just like sheep are guided, protected, fed, and maintained without begging for it, God does all of those things for us. He is our shepherd.

I don't want you to believe that our heavenly Father is not willing to give us good things. He wants you to have all the good things however, some of those things may not be in His will. He knows what's best for us and what we can or can't handle. If being secure in your finances is a good thing then you will get that! If a new car for work is a good thing then you can get that!

I remember listening to a sermon where they talked about how the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32) became poor and ended up eating pig food when he could've just gone back to his Father for help. The speaker explained that so often we look to resources instead of the SOURCE! The pig's food was a resource but his father was the source. God is our SOURCE and our SUPPLIER. We don't need to take other measures to get the resources we need when He will supply it all!

Jesus himself gave us the perfect scripture of hope. He told us that whatever we ask God for we WILL receive it. However, there is a criterion that needs to be met, belief. You must believe that God will answer your prayer, no matter how big or crazy it may be. Give God your faith and he will surely cater to your needs.

He will give you what you ask. Seek him and you will find him. Knock on his door and it will open before you. If you do all these with faith, trust that he will answer you. Know that God is never too far that you cannot reach. He is nearer than you think, eagerly waiting for you to talk to him.

Picture in your head the thing you're asking God for right now, then imagine an even greater version of it. Know that what He has in store for you is WAY above the best version of your needs. God is able to exceed even our grandest imaginations!

1. Psalm 23:1

2. Psalm 84:11

3. Philippians 4:19

4. Matthew 21:22

5. Matthew 7:7

6. Ephesians 3:20

7. Hebrews 11:6

To diligently seek God means to earnestly try to do right by Him. So many times I would tell myself "If I sin God would not want to answer my prayer." I thought I needed to perfectly seek God. This scripture proved me to be wrong. He will reward us if we wholeheartedly try our best to know Him and be righteous.

8. Psalm 34:15

Did you know that another name for God is "El Roi." The Hebrew meaning of "El Roi" is "The God who sees me." What a comfort it is to know that God sees me! His eyes are forever upon me and his ears are open to my cries. When it seems like your prayers are falling on deaf ears know that God's ear will never be closed and His eyes will never turn away from you.
